In today's blog I'll be informing you about "How should be your morning routine?". We will get to know about the perfect morning routine start, in pattern. It would be fun!!


How should be your morning routine?

Here are the list of 10 morning routines, to start an ideal morning


1. Remember your dreams

Meaning of dream: a series of thoughts, images occurring in a person's mind during sleep.


The reason why you should remember your dream is often, as you spend your day learning and working to solve problems in your work, in your life and everything else. When you sleep, your mind doesn't stop, your unconscious mind is still working on those problems and you come up with incredibly insights and solution, the challenge is in the morning, most people don't remember their dreams.


2. Make your bed

There are two reasons why you should make your bed:-

  1. A clean environment is important for you, like you know when you clean up your desktop, you clean up your office, your bedroom, you have a clearer mind.

  2. To start your day with success, because how you do anything is how you do everything. So you start with excellence, take two minutes, make your bed and it's really great, because when you come home at the end of the day, you come back full circle back to success.


3.Drink lots of water(Hydrate)

Stay hydrated


FACT: "Cold water is the fastest and safest way to hydrate"


Your brain is 80% of water and lot of people dehydrate, drinking enough water is important for your body to be hydrated, the challenge is, you lose a lot of water when you're sleeping.


4.Brush your teeth with the opposite hand

It's been shown that by using your opposite hand to eat or to brush your teeth, as your body moves, your brain grooves. As you brush your teeth with your opposite hand, it actually creates more neural connections inside your brain.


5. Deep breathing exercises

Deep breathing exercises are good for your brain. The other thing, beside hydration, that is good for your brain is oxygen. Lot of people get tired easily, and they have brain fog and what do they do with their mental fatigue?

  1. It gets oxygen in your body and here's the thing, your brain is only 2% of your body weight on average, but it consumes 20% of the nutrients and oxygen. So it's important to do deep breathing exercises.


6. Brain tea

Brain tea contains gotu kola, ginkgo biloba includes (lion's mane), it has some essential fatty acids, that can boost your focus and memory. It does not have any side effects.


7. Journaling

If you want to boost your brain power, it's important to take notes. Write the things that you are most grateful for. So, you should go with this gratitude process in your journal.


8. Morning exercise (HIIT- High- Intensity Interval Training)

For 3 to 4 minutes of high intensity workout, your heartbeat gets faster. And there's more blood flow to your brain and more oxygen which is extremely important for your body.


These are the few morning workout:-

  • Jumping jacks.

  • Squat jump.

  • Push-up.

  • Mountain climber.

  • Forearm plank hip drop.


9. Brain power smoothie (water, chocolate , almond milk)

There are certain foods that are extraordinary good for your brain. Blueberries, avocado, banana and almond milk are few ingredients for a healthy smoothie to boost your brain.

10. Daily reading

Read 20 to 30 minutes a day of dedicated reading because readers are leaders. An average person reads only about one or two books in a year, but the CEO reads about four to six books a month, so its on us what we want to be, CEO or just an average person



IMPORTANT:- So remember, first you make your habits and then your habits makes you. Aim the first hour a day to be brain-friendly and you'll win the rest of the day.
